POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Executive – Service & Small Projects is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing a portfolio of active and inactive service relationships as well as a portfolio of planned small projects while contributing to the strategic growth and operational excellence of the division.
This individual serves as a primary authority for clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, financial performance, and project execution, particularly within occupied, high-end residential environments.
Blending leadership, operational oversight, and business development, this role plays a critical part in strengthening client relationships, driving repeat business, and advancing the long-term success of the Service & Small Projects division.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT & PORTFOLIO LEADERSHIP
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality expectations
  • Manage labor forecast and fleet.
  • Maintain accountability for overall client satisfaction across all assigned work
  • Lead regular project reviews to proactively manage risks and performance
FINANCIAL & OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT
  • Ensure financial health across all projects, including budgets, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Review and approve subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
  • Communicate proactively regarding financial impacts, scope changes, and schedule adjustments
CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, architects, designers, building management, and subcontractors
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships grounded in trust, discretion, and responsiveness
  • Uphold a consistent white-glove standard across all client interactions
TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
  • Mentor and guide Project Managers and project teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure strong communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders
DIVISIONAL & STRATEGIC CONTRIBUTION
  • Support divisional P&L performance and operational goals
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including client retention and recurring service opportunities
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
QUALITY, SAFETY & EXECUTION
  • Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and organization
  • Oversee work in occupied residences with a focus on minimal disruption and exceptional care
  • Maintain compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience in high-end residential construction or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing budgets and forecasting
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team development experience
  • Experience working in occupied luxury residential environments strongly preferred

WHAT WE OFFER
 
  • Compensation: $190,000 to $215,000 Annually, commensurate with experience.
